What You'll Need: Caffitea freeze-dried instant coffee - Hot water (not boiling, around 85-90deg C or 185-195deg F) - Milk or cream (optional) - Sugar or sweetener (optional) - Coffee cup.

Instructions: 

Boil water: Heat water to just below boiling point (about 85-90deg C / 185-195deg F). Avoid using boiling water as it can burn the coffee, giving it a bitter taste. 

Add the coffee: Measure 1 to 2 teaspoons of Caffitea instant coffee into your cup (adjust the amount based on how strong you want it).

Pour in the hot water: Slowly pour about 150-200 ml of hot water over the coffee.
